The Colosseum Casino Loyalty Programme Tiers:

The Blue Tier
Our basic-level tier: points can be converted into credits and this means the more you play the more you gain. Players do not require Entry Points or Maintenance Points. However, Blue Tier players are not entitled to a Percentage Tier Bonus.

The Silver Tier
Step up to the Silver Tier and qualify for a Tier Bonus, with players earning 5% more Points than those in the Blue Tier. Both Entry Points and Tier Bonus Points redeemed are credited to the bonus balance. Players need to accumulate 2500 Entry Points during the month to upgrade to the Silver Tier and subsequently earn 2500 monthly Maintenance Points to maintain this status.

The Gold Tier
Enter our Gold Tier and you will be rewarded with a whopping 10% Tier Bonus! Players in this exclusive Tier earn Points significantly faster than those at preceding levels. Points can be converted into cash and only need to be wagered once to be eligible for cashing out. Other benefits include VIP treatment and special offers. After winning 5000 Entry Points during the month to reach the gold 3status, protect your elite status by earning 4500 Monthly Maintenance Points.

The Platinum Tier
Our highest playing level: this Tier boasts our most exclusive offers including a 15% Tier Bonus, personal contact with the VIP department manager and other fabulous perks. Points can be redeemed as cash credits and need only to be wagered once to be eligible for cashing out. Players at this level earn Points faster than at any other Tier and enjoy a little extra luxury along the way. Once you’ve earned 10000 points to secure Platinum treatment, you won’t want to go back! 8000 Monthly Maintenance Points are required to remain in this select group

Q. What can I do with my Loyalty Points?
A.You can exchange Loyalty Points for cash/bonus credits according to the tier you are in. Cash credits only need to be wagered once to be eligible for cashing out. Bonus credits must be played through 30 times (30x) before it can be transferred from their Bonus Balance to his Cash Balance (“Wagering Requirement”).

Q. Where can I check my Loyalty Points balance?
A. Click on the Loyalty section of the Games Lobby Menu to see your Points balance. If you have any trouble, please contact our Support Team.

Q. What is the difference between Tier, Maintenance and Entry Points?
A. Your Loyalty Points balance is made up of Tier Points and Bonus Points. Tier Points are split into Maintenance and Entry Points and are accumulated as you play in the casino. Entry Points are collected to help you move up the Tier system, while Maintenance Points are those required to keep you at Silver level or higher once you have obtained entry.

Q. What is the difference between Bonus and Tier Loyalty Points?
A. Bonus Points are collected as a result of the Tier Bonus offered from the Silver to Platinum levels. For instance, Gold Tier players earn 10% extra as a Tier Bonus, so for every 10 Tier Points they earn, they receive 1 Bonus Point. Bonus Points do not contribute towards Tier elevation. Tier Points are explained in the answer above.

Q. What are Special Points?
A. The Casino may award Special Points as part of a promotional offer. Higher Tier players will have more chances to win Special Points, which they can cash out in the same way as Tier and Bonus Points. Special Points do not contribute towards Tier upgrades.

Q. Why can’t I always redeem my total Loyalty Points?
A. The minimum redemption is 1,000 Loyalty Points. Points must be converted in multiples of 1,000 and any spare points will remain in your Loyalty Points balance. For example, if you had 1,347 Loyalty Points you would only be able to redeem 1,000 Loyalty Points. The remaining 347 Loyalty Points remain in your Loyalty account.

Q. How do I know if my Loyalty Points are about to expire?
A. A warning will appear below your Loyalty Points Balance on the Redeem Points page if you have Loyalty Points that expire within 30 days.

Q. What is a Tier Upgrade Period?
A. The Tier Upgrade Period is a defined period of time during which you can accumulate Points to move up the Tiers. Points collected during this time will count as both Entry and Maintenance Points, which determine whether you are upgraded or downgraded a Tier. You will automatically move up a Tier as soon as you earn enough Loyalty Points to qualify for an upgrade.

Q. Are my Entry Points affected if I choose to redeem Points for credits during the Tier Upgrade Period?
A. Your Tier Loyalty Points earned during the Tier Upgrade Period are a running total.
Although converting Loyalty Points to cash decreases your balance, this running total remains unchanged. This total will only be reset at the start of the following Upgrade Period.
