• * By requesting or accepting any bonuses you agree to all the following terms and conditions. Only new Players opening a Real Money account in downloaded Viper software are eligible for Welcome Bonuses. Please note that unless stated otherwise, Flash players do not qualify for introductory offers advertised on this website.
• * Players will only be able to make a one-time withdrawal for a minimum amount of $/€/£/C$ 100 and a maximum of $/€/£/C$ 300 when the winnings result from playing a free cash bonus where no deposits were made prior to or after playing the bonus. Surplus winning credits will then be forfeited.
• * Any bonus (the “Bonus”) granted to a Player must be played through 50 times (50x) by such Player before it can be transferred from his Bonus Balance to his Cash Balance (“Wagering Requirement”).
• * Any Withdrawal requests made before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled will be rejected until the mandatory amount has been met.
• * Please note that wagering on some games will not count towards the Wagering Requirement; the percentage of the bonus which may be wagered on certain games will vary as follows*:
• o 100% of the Bonus may be wagered all Slots, Keno & Scratch Card games; o 10% of the Bonus may be wagered on all Roulettes, all Video Pokers except All Aces Video Poker, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack; o 2% of the Bonus may be wagered on Classic Blackjack and All Aces Video Pokers; o Bets on Sic Bo, Craps, Baccarat, Table Poker, Casino War and Red Dog will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• * The Bonus must be claimed online and will be paid into the Bonus Balance of a Player’s Casino account as Casino credits within 24 hours of such a claim being made.
• * If Players open multiple accounts they will not be eligible for the Bonus on each account. The Bonus is only available once per Player and/or per environment where computers are shared and/or per e-mail address.
• * COLOSSEUM CASINO reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, Player's abuse. Action will be taken against serial promotion abusers.

* If the Bonus remains unused in a Player's Casino account for two (2) months or longer from the date the claim was made, the Bonus will be forfeited to the Casino.
